KKR’s Highways Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) focused on acquiring operational road assets, is looking to raise Rs 5.15 billion through a rights issue. The funds raised will be utilised to finance the acquisition of various road projects that KKR is currently in talks for.
