The construction work on Phase I of the Mumbai coastal road project is set to be completed by November 2023. Besides, about 70 per cent of the work is completed. Phase I of the project is 10.58 km long, connecting Nariman Point and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link at an estimated cost of Rs 127 billion.
