Shapoorji Pallonji has announced that it will offload a 2.5 per cent stake in Sterling and Wilson Renewable through an offer for sale. It has set the floor price at Rs 270 per share. Shapoorji Pallonji plans to sell up to 4,733,515 equity shares with a par value of 1, which represents 2.5 per cent of the company’s total issued and paid-in equity share capital.
