Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSR achieves progress of 24.73 per cent

National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited has achieved physical progress of 24.73 per cent on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad high speed rail (HSR) corridor project. The progress includes construction of 126.44 km pier work while the pile work has been erected for a distance of 227.62 km. The project involves the development of a 508.17 km long Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSR corridor in Maharashtra and Gujarat. It entails an investment of Rs 1,080 billion.
