Bharti Telecom plans to raise $553.1 million through bonds maturing in two and three years. The telecom operator, which owns a stake in Bharti Airtel, will pay an annual coupon of 8.6 per cent on two-year bonds and 8.7 per cent on three-year bonds. The two-year bonds are expected to raise Rs 13 billion while the three-year bonds are expected to raise Rs 32 billion.
