Kairus Shavak Dadachanji buys stake in Shrem InvIT

The chairman of the Dadachanji Group of Companies has invested Rs 1.56 billion in Shrem infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) through a bulk purchase of 15 million units at Rs 104 per unit. This resulted in the acquisition of a 4.6 per cent share in the InvIT. Shrem InvIT maintains a portfolio of 24 assets with an ideal mix of the annuity, hybrid annuity model (HAM), and toll projects in five states.
