DoT expands PLI scheme for telecom and networking products; approves proposals of 42 more companies

DoT has approved proposals of 42 more companies, including 28 micro, small and medium enterprises under the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme for telecom and networking products. A total of 17 companies have applied for the additional incentive of 1 per cent under design-led manufacturing criteria. The companies have committed investments of Rs 41.15 billion.
