JM Financial PE-backed logistics firm Emiza acquires Shippigo

Emiza Supply Chain Services Private Limited, a provider of warehousing and fulfilment services, has acquired Shippigo, a technological pl­at­­form for shipping solutions based in Gurugram, for an undisclo­sed sum. The acquisition will allow Emiza to expand its technology and shipping capabilities and offer a single-window shipping solution to its customers.
