DIAL issues non-convertible debentures worth Rs 10 billion to finance Delhi Airport Expansion project

Delhi International Airport Limited has issued non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth Rs 10 billion to partly finance Phase 3A of the Delhi airport expansion project. Barclays Bank invested Rs 5 billion, Aditya Birla Fin­ance invested Rs 1.5 billion Aseem Infrastructure Finance and the Na­tional Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) invested Rs 3.5 billion. The NCDs have been priced at an interest rate of 9.52 per cent per annum payable monthly for an initial period of 36 months and thereafter 9.98 per cent per annum payable monthly.
