GR Infraprojects Limited received the completion certificate (CC) for Package IV of the Delhi-Meerut Expressway Project (NH-24, NH-58). Commercial operations for the project commenced on March 1, 2022. Package IV involved the construction of a 31.77 km long expressway on the Dasna-Meerut road stretch from km 27.74 on NH-24 to km 51.97 on NH-58 in Uttar Pradesh at an estimated cost of Rs 10.87 billion. Packages I, II and III are being implemented on a design-build-operate-transfer annuity basis or hybrid annuity model, while Package IV is being implemented on an engineering, procurement and construction basis.
