BPCL to invest Rs 40 billion for gas distribution project in Aurangabad, Ahmednagar

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has launched a gas distribution network in Aurangabad and Ahmednagar districts of Maha­rashtra. The company plans to invest around Rs 40 billion for the completion of the project. The project involves construction of a gas distribution network line from Srigonda in Ahmednagar to Aurangabad in Maha­rashtra. The distribution line will commence at Aurangabad. The gas will be supplied through pipelines to households in Aurangabad by December 2022.
