Ashwini Vaishnaw has been given charge of the Ministries of Communications and Electronics and Information Technology, as former minister Ravi Shankar Prasad stepped down. Vaishnaw will also be heading the Ministry of Railways. Meanwhile, Devusinh Chauhan has been appointed minister of state for communications, replacing Sanjay Dhotre.
