Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has transferred Mundra Solar Energy Limited’s (MSEL) 74 per cent shareholding to Adani Tradecom LLP. This entailed the transfer of 7,400 equity shares to Adani Tradecom LLP at a face value of Rs 10 each.
