Adani Transmission Limited plans to invest Rs 30 billion in its transmission business and Rs 15 billion in the Mumbai electricity distribution business in 2021-22, as the company aims to continue its expansion plan. The company added 2,536 ckt. km to its power transmission network in financial year 2021, driven by organic and inorganic growth.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 2,570 million in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2021 as against Rs 590 million a year ago. Revenue in the quarter rose 3 per cent year on year to Rs 22,760 million.
