JNPT and IOTL sign a Rs 1.5 billion MoU for infrastructure development near JNPT

Indian Oiltanking Limited (IOTL), India’s leading terminalling services provider and a joint venture of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), have signed an MoU committing Rs 1.5 billion to infrastructure development near JNPT port. The MoU was signed at the Maritime India Summit held by JNPT on March 2, 2021.

The scope of work for IOTL involves the development of a liquid storage tankage terminal, including an additional pipeline from JNPT to the IOTL Navghar terminal. The proposed year of investment for the terminal is 2025.

IOTL is committed to infrastructure development near JNPT port, which will increase business activity in the region and contribute to national prosperity. Under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan announced by the central government, IOTL will continually strive to contribute towards nation building and self-reliance by maximising investments in infrastructure and under its corporate social responsibility.
