The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is expected to resume e-catering services from February 2021. These catering services were suspended in March 2020, amidst fears of the spread of Covid-19 and the subsequent lockdown to stem its spread. IRCTC will restart e-catering services for passengers travelling in special trains, which are operating. These services will be started at nearly 30 railway stations catering to approximately 250 trains.
