DGCA extends Covid-induced suspension of scheduled international passenger flights

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has announced that the Covid-induced suspension of scheduled international passenger flights has been extended till January 31, 2021. However, international scheduled flights may be allowed on select routes, decided on a case-by-case basis. Further, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has reduced the number of flights to the UK from India to 50 per cent.
