NHAI extends bid due date for TOT Bundle V

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has extended the bid submission due date for the toll-operate-transfer (TOT) Bundle V from December 23, 2020 to January 18, 2021. The total length of the bundles is 159.5 km. Bundle V comprises the Palanpur-Radhanpur-Samkhiyali section of National Highway (NH)-27 in Gujarat and has been divided into two bundles: TOT Bundle-5 (A-1) and TOT Bundle-5 (A-2). The concession period for TOT Bundle V is 20 years, during which the concessionaire would be required to maintain and operate the stretch, in lieu of rights to collect and retain user fees for these stretches. The initial estimated concession value of the projects on offer will be disclosed after receipt of technical bids and declaring the selected bidder, as per recent changes announced by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
