AAI handed over the Mangaluru and Lucknow airports to the Adani Group on a lease basis for a period of 50 years at midnight on October 30, 2020 and at midnight on November 1, 2020 respectively. The concession agreements for the other three airports – Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram – were signed between both the parties in September 2020.
