Reliance Jio and the Panasonic Avionics Corporation’s subsidiary, AeroMobile, have partnered to launch India’s first in-flight services for Jio Postpaid Plus users. Jio’s in-flight services will be available across 22 international carriers.
DoT’s Wireless Monitoring Organisation conducted inspections at several locations across Delhi with the support of relevant authorities and mobile operators to take down illegal mobile signal repeaters installed by individuals. These locations included both residential and commercial establishments in Sant Nagar, South Extension and East of Kailash. With this exercise, 20 illegal repeaters in Delhi were removed and 10 notices were given to remove the identified ones with immediate effect.
