DoT accepts telcos’ plea to extend MRO compliance timeline, allows time till end-September

DoT has granted an extension to telcos for meeting their minimum network roll-out obligations till September 30, 2020, invoking the force majeure clause in operator licence rules. The earlier deadline given by DoT was May 31, 2020.
