Bids cancelled for implementation of Ambala-Karnal SWM project in Haryana

The urban local bodies of Haryana have cancelled the request for proposal bids for selection of a contractor for the implementation of the Ambala-Karnal integrated solid waste management project. The project involves the collection, transportation, processing and disposal of 815 tonnes per day of waste generated in the Ambala-Karnal cluster, at an estimated cost of Rs 3.39 billion. The Haryana government is implementing the project on a public-private partnership basis.
