Five firms submit bids for consultancy services for naphtha-RLNG feed conversion project at Manali refinery

A total of five firms have submitted bids for providing consultancy services for the naphtha to regasified liquefied natural gas (LNG) feed conversion project in Hydrogen Generation Unit-205 at the Manali Refinery in Tamil Nadu. These forms are Cholamandalam MS Risk Services Limited, ABC Techno Labs India Private Limited, Hubert Enviro Care Systems Private Limited, Mantec Consultants Private Limited and Projects and Development India Limited. Bids were invited by Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited in November 2019. The scope of work includes undertaking environment impact assessment/implementing the environment management plan and conducting quantitative risk assessment, obtaining environment clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) and obtaining consent to establish and consent to operate from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.
