Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) have announced new tariffs/plans effective December 3, 2019. While Airtel has announced tariff increases in the range of a mere 50 paise per day to Rs 2.85 per day, VIL has announced new tariffs/plans for its prepaid products and services and has not revealed any details of the quantum of the price hike. Meanwhile, Reliance Jio has also announced its new plans, which will be around 39 per cent more expensive as compared to its older plans.
