Gujarat government approves development of Navlakhi port jetty

The Gujarat government has granted in-principle approval for the development of the Navlakhi port jetty project with the aim of increasing the port’s capacity from 8 mtpa to 20 mtpa. The Gujarat Maritime Board will be constructing the proposed 485 metre jetty at a cost of Rs 1.92 billion.
