CSL and Andaman & Nicobar administration sign agreement to start operations at Port Blair marine dockyard

Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has signed an agreement with the Andaman & Nicobar administration to commence operations at the marine dockyard at Port Blair. As per the agreement, CSL will assist the Andaman & Nicobar administration in setting up a ship repair ecosystem on the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, help in the augmentation and modernisation of the facility and make efforts towards skill development on the islands. The agreement has been signed for a period of 30 years.
