Huawei has deployed India’s first artificial intelligence (AI)-based pre-5G technology on Vodafone Idea’s network. As per Huawei, deployment of AI-based massive multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) network will help enhance user experience threefold within the same set of spectrum.
Ericsson has been selected by Bharti Airtel to deploy its 5G-ready cloud packet core in Airtel’s pan India network. The deployment will consist of solutions like Ericsson’s virtual evolved packet gateway that will benefit Airtel’s network.
