The detailed project report (DPR) for the Raigad mega refinery and petrochemicals complex project is expected to be completed by December 2019. The project involves development of a 60 mtpa refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Raigad in Maharashtra. IOCL, BPCL and HPCL along with Saudi Aramco and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company are jointly implementing the mega refinery through Ratnagiri Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited. It is expected to be commissioned by 2025.
