The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has issued the Power System Development Fund [PSDF] Regulations, 2019. The regulations provide guidelines on the constitution of the fund, constitution of the appraisal committee, congestion relief, the deviation settlement mechanism, grid code and power market utilisation of the fund, the nodal agency and its functions, and sanctions from the PSDF.
