Sterlite Power has won two interstate power transmission projects worth over Rs 30 billion under TBCB. One of the projects is the Udupi-Kasargode project which will decongest the interstate transmission system corridor and facilitate smoother power flow within Karnataka and Kerala. The other win is the Green Energy Corridor project of Lakadia-Vadodara (Western Region System Strengthening [WRSS] 21, Part B) in Gujarat. Meanwhile, Adani Transmission Limited has received letters of intent (LoIs) for two transmission projects under TBCB. The first LoI has been issued by PFC Consulting Limited for the Bikaner-Khetri transmission project that will be established in Rajasthan on a BOOM basis and will have around 480 ckt. km of 765 kV lines. The company has also received an LoI from REC Transmission Projects Company for WRSS XXI (A) Transco Limited.
