Sterling and Wilson, a solar engineering, procurement and construction firm promoted by Shapoorji Pallonji, has filed draft papers with SEBI to raise about Rs 45 billion through an initial public offer (IPO). The IPO will be an offer for sale by the company’s chairman and Shapoorji Pallonji. ICICI Securities, Axis Capital, Credit Suisse Securities (India), Deutsche Equities India, IIFL Holdings and SBI Capital Markets are managing the IPO.
