Brookfield Asset Management is in talks to acquire a majority stake in Mytrah Energy (India) Private Limited’s renewable projects. The value of the transaction is expected to be between Rs 69.57 billion and Rs 104.35 billion. Mytrah has a portfolio of about 1.6 GW and operates renewable energy projects across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Punjab and Tamil Nadu.
