IIT Delhi and CUTS International develop an app for users to compare QoS metrics

Consumer Unity and Trust Society International and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi have collaboratively designed a new application that seeks to improve consumer awareness about the quality of service (QoS) provided by different telecom operators in the country. Termed My Quality app, it uses performance data reported by service operators to TRAI and provides the data to consumers in a simple format.
