MoPNG distributes LOIs for 50 GAs under tenth CGD bidding round

The MoPNG distributed letters of intent to 12 successful entities for 50 geographical areas (GAs) under the tenth CGD bidding round, recently awarded by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board. The successful bidders are Adani Gas Limited (2 GAs), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) (9 GAs), Torrent Gas Private Limited (3 GAs), Bharat Gas Resources Limited (2 GAs), the consortium of LNG Marketing Private Limited, Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company of Manila, Inc. (9 GAs), the consortium of Think Gas Investments Private Limited and Think Gas Distribution Private Limited (1 GA), GAIL Gas Limited (4 GAs), Gujarat Gas Limited (6 GAs), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (9 GAs), Indian Oil Adani Gas Private Limited (9 GAs), Indraprastha Gas Limited (1 GA) and Rajasthan State Gas Limited (1 GA).
