Foundation stone laid for Nazirgunge shipbuilding and ship repair facility

The foundation stone for the shipbuilding and ship repair facility project at Nazirgunge (Cochin Shipyard Limited) was laid on February 16, 2019. With this, the construction work on the project has also commenced. The project is estimated to entail an investment of Rs 1.6 billion and is expected to be completed by February 2021.
