The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has stated that the implementation date of the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment [SCMT] Regulations, 2018 in India has been postponed. As per the notification, the implementation date of the SCMT Regulations has been deferred to August 1, 2019.
