AGEL acquires balance 51 per cent stake of KSPPl in 20 MW Bagewadi solar power project

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has acquired Kodangal Solar Parks Private Limited’s (KSPPL) remaining 51 per cent stake in the 20 MW Bagewadi solar power project from FS India Devco Private Limited. With this, KSPPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of AGEL. Earlier, AGEL held 49 per cent stake in KSPPL, which was incorporated in August 2015 and has implemented a 20 MW solar power project at Bagewadi in Karnataka. KSPPL has also signed a power purchase agreement with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited.
