Three industry bodies submit joint proposal for provisioning of interoperable internet

Three major industry bodies have submitted a joint proposal to DoT for provisioning of interoperable internet and broadband services through the roll-out of public Wi-Fi hotspots. The industry bodies are the Cellular Operators Association of India, the Internet Service Providers Association of India and the Virtual Network Operators Association of India.
