The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has rejected TRAI’s order that had changed the definition of significant market power to identify predatory pricing. The TDSAT has now asked TRAI to reconsider the provisions of its predatory pricing regulation within six months.
