Most operators fail to meet service quality norms during quarter ended September 30, 2018, says TRAI

According to a report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), most operators have failed to comply with the service quality norms during the quarter ended September 30, 2018. As per the report, call drops were higher on Idea Cellular and Vodafone networks in some of the telecom circles during the period under consideration.
