MoR to provide 25 per cent discount in haulage rate for transport of empty containers and flat wagons

The MoR will provide a 25 per cent discount on the existing haulage rate per TEU for transporting empty containers as well as for empty flat container wagons. This rate reduction is expected to increase cargo moved by the railways and help in the expansion of the freight basket.
