The Indian Register of Shipping – IRClass – has received authorisation as a recognised organisation from Jordan and Bahrain’s Port and Maritime Authority. The development is expected to open up more opportunities for shipping companies. In addition, IRClass signed a service agency agreement with the XO class to increase the visibility of the classification society’s suite of services.
