The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released a consultation paper on the estimation of access facilitation charges (AFC) and co-location charges at cable landing stations. According to TRAI, the consultation paper has been released to rework the utilisation factor and conversion factor figures used to estimate the AFC and co-location charges.
