MoRTH lays foundation stone for three national highway projects in Kerala

The MoRTH has laid the foundation stone for three national highway projects worth Rs 15.57 billion in Kerala. The first project entails the construction of the four-lane, 18.6 km Thalassery-Mahe bypass stretch of National Highway (NH)-66 at an estimated cost of Rs 11.81 billion. The second project involves the construction of a four-lane, 0.78 km railway overbridge near Neeleshwaram town at an estimated cost of Rs 820 million. The third involves the widening of the 46.72 km Nattukal-Thanavu junction stretch to two-lane with paved shoulders, at an estimated cost of Rs 2.94 billion.
