Dilip Buildcon Limited receives sanction letter from banks to finance two road projects

Two wholly owned subsidiaries of Dilip Buildcon Limited – DBL Rewa Sidhi Highways Private Limited and DBL Chandikhole Highways Private Limited – have received sanction letters from banks for financing their road projects in Madhya Pradesh and Odisha respectively. The first project entails the construction of a road tunnel, viaduct and the Churhat bypass of the Rewa-Sidhi section from km 33.2 to km 55.4 of NH-75E as a cement concrete pavement configuration in Madhya Pradesh. The project length is 15.35 km and is estimated to cost Rs 10.04 billion. It will be implemented on a design-build-operate-transfer (annuity) or HAM basis. The second project entails the rehabilitation and upgradation to six-lane of the Chandikhole-Bhadrak section from km 62 to km 136.5 of NH-5 in Odisha. The project length is 74.5 km and is estimated to cost Rs 15.22 billion. It will be implemented on a HAM basis under Phase V of the NHDP.
