Reliance Communications (RCOM) has completed the sale of its fibre and related infrastructure assets amounting to Rs 30 billion to RJIL. With the completion of this transaction, RCOM has transferred 178,000 km of fibre to RJIL. Earlier, RCOM had received Rs 20 billion from the sale of media convergence nodes and related infrastructure assets to RJIL.
