The MoR has signed an MoU with the Federal Transport Authority – Land and Maritime of the UAE for technical cooperation in the railway sector. The scope of the agreement entails cooperation in the field of regulation, safety and technical investigation of accidents; station redevelopment; locomotives, coaches and wagons; and any other area that may be jointly decided upon by the two countries.
