VPT board decides to extend 50 per cent concession on VRC for mainline vessels

VPT’s board has decided to extend 50 per cent concession on vessel-related charges (VRC) for mainline vessels calling at the port. The concession is applicable from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019. Further, for the convenience of mainline vessel operators, necessary provisions have been made to remit the balance after availing of the concession on a real-time basis at the time of payment of the VRC to the port on every call.
