MoP launched PRAAPTI web portal and app

The MoP has launched a web portal and an app, Praapti (Payment Ratification and Analysis in Power Procurement for bringing Transparency in Involving of Generators), to bring transparency in power purchase transactions between generators and discoms. The portal will capture the invoicing and payment data for various long-term power purchase agreements from generators and will help stakeholders get month-wise data on discoms’ outstanding amount against power purchase.
