A concession agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation and Indian Oil Corporation Limited for the development of a city-wide STP in Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. The two agencies have signed an agreement for the reuse of treated wastewater for the Mathura refinery. The project has been awarded on hybrid annuity basis.
